Uma freguesia que pode mobilizar a comunidade, apoiar associa\u00e7\u00f5es, valorizar o espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico e contribuir para a economia local deve ter mais condi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Ricardo Cofman, empres\u00e1rio brasileiro, considera que o Algarve combina qualidade de vida numa perspectiva de turismo consolidado. &#8220;Os investidores procuram seguran\u00e7a, diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do capital&#8221;, segundo o empres\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Patrik Nyman, sueco, diz h\u00e1 novos sistemas que integram pain\u00e9is solares, baterias, energia de reserva e automa\u00e7\u00e3o, para economizar energia em cada lar do Algarve. O empres\u00e1rio portugu\u00eas, Nuno Costa, por sua vez adianta que uma habita\u00e7\u00e3o devoluta, alvo de interven\u00e7\u00e3o municipal por problemas de salubridade, deve passar da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>Bernhard Schluender, alem\u00e3o,\u00a0 aborda a inova\u00e7\u00e3o na constru\u00e7\u00e3o e no potencial de m\u00fasica cl\u00e1ssica para atrair turistas fora da esta\u00e7\u00e3o alta. S\u00e9rgia Medeiros, de Portugal, disse que &#8220;a escola deve capacitar melhor os alunos para as necessidades do amanh\u00e3, pois a burocracia e centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o prejudicou o ensino escolar.&#8221;<br \/>\nA anglo-brasileira, Joyce Gomes, acredita que temos bons profissionais, excelente clima, povo simp\u00e1tico e alojamento a pre\u00e7o acess\u00edvel fora do pico tur\u00edstico, ideal para tratamentos dent\u00e1rios e m\u00e9dicos prolongados, muito mais barato c\u00e1, do que no Norte da Europa. Peter Reuterkoog, n\u00f3rdico, citou a import\u00e2ncia de desburocratizar ajustes em casas de luxo.<br \/>\nA meu ver h\u00e1 alguma expectativa de o presidente da Rep\u00fablica estar a pressionar o governo para realizar as reformas estruturais por todos esperadas.<\/p>\n<p>Lu\u00eds Alberto, presidente da Junta de Freguesia Ferragudo, afirma que o Algarve &#8220;deve garantir um futuro equilibrado, sustent\u00e1vel e atrativo para quem aqui vive, trabalha, investe ou deseja estabelecer-se.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O Algarve tem uma enorme atratividade tur\u00edstica que pressiona a habita\u00e7\u00e3o. Ferragudo precisa de recuperar e valorizar o seu centro hist\u00f3rico, reabilitar edif\u00edcios e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que mais fam\u00edlias possam viver na vila.<br \/>\nO evento terminou com um longo e saboroso beberete onde muitos cart\u00f5es de visita foram trocados e parcerias iniciadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE FUTURE OF THE ALGARVE &#8211; SUMMARY OF THE DEBATE Oct30<\/strong><br \/>\nThis debate took place in Ferragudo with business leaders and professionals from Norway, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Brazil, Portugal and Iran. Lu\u00eds Alberto, parish chairman, said that the Algarve must ensure a balanced, sustainable and attractive future for those who live, work, invest or wish to settle here. Ferragudo has great potential, but it is among the three Algarve parishes with the smallest budgets. A parish that aims to mobilise a community, support associations, enhance public spaces and contribute to the local economy must have the necessary resources. The Algarve\u2019s enormous appeal to tourists puts pressure on the housing market. Ferragudo needs to restore and enhance its historic centre, renovate buildings and bring more families to the town.<br \/>\nPatrik Nyman, from Sweden, said that there are new systems integrating solar panels, batteries, backup power and automation to save energy in every home in the Algarve.<br \/>\nRicardo Cofman, from Brazil, said that the Algarve combines quality of life, tourism and a wide range of opportunities.
